Director of Quality Management - Webster City, IA

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Director of Quality to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with expertise in LC Mass Spec, HPLC, and GC. As the Director of Quality, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Works jointly with Manufacturing Coordinators in establishing and tracking objectives and targets.
• Manage the QA/Lab Technician teams to ensure effective quality control processes are in place.
• Uses various techniques to identify when, what, and how to measure projects and processes.
• Understands and enforces hazardous waste procedures according to company policy.
• Operates and enforces all company policies with the emphases on contamination prevention.
• Uses process mapping, flowcharting, and other visual aids to analyze processes and compare to written procedures, work instructions, and other documents
